    System Requirements

    • Mac OS X 10.4 or higher
    • System USB port or powered USB hub
    • Standard analog phone line, or VoIP phone line that works with regular phones
    • Caller ID service (recommended)
    • Call transfer service (if required)

    International notes

    Many international customers are already enjoying the ease of use, productivity and convenience of Parliant products. However, there are a few specifics to consider when buying outside of North America.

    1. CurbTalker's telephone adapter comes with North American (RJ11) telephone connectors and cables included. If your country uses a different kind of connector, you will need to purchase an adapter plug from a local electronics store to properly connect the unit to your telephone line.

    2. CurbTalker may not be compatible with telephone lines in some countries, or may not support advanced services such as Caller ID. Please contact us for more information about your country.

    CurbTalker provides all the following features on a single inbound telephone line. If you have multiple telephone lines, purchase one CurbTalker per line and they will all work together.

    Automated Property Information Attendant

    • CurbTalker answers all inbound calls, prompting for the unique property number
    • Caller enters the property number from a lawn sign, flyer, advertisement, etc.
    • CurbTalker delivers your property pitch
    • CurbTalker offers the client a choice to leave a message and/or transfer to you (you decide which options are available)
    • Messages are delivered immediately (by email) to your office, cellphone, etc. Emails include caller ID and property information.
    • Caller ID name, number and date of call are archived within CurbTalker, along with any messages

    Property Listings

    • CurbTalker tracks interest in properties (messages & transfers)
    • Per-property reports of calls and interest with color graphs, including onscreen and printable reports.
    • Fully indexed property listings can record address, owner, brokerage id, MLS numbers and unlimited notes
    • Store property photo for easy identification
    • Archive properties to remove them from active phone service, but keep their call history and statistics
    • Export calls (per-property and across properties) to spreadsheet format should you wish to integrate CurbTalker's reports with your regular spreadsheet reports
